How do I place an order?

Simply click on your item to view and select your quantity and required date of delivery. Orders can only be placed up to 10 days in advance. Follow through to our shopping cart to finalise payment via PayPal. For extremely large orders, please email info@mydonutbox.com.

 
 
Payment and Shipping

 

​Payment is only accepted via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. Goods are delivered by our own dedicated MyDonutBox delivery drivers. Deliveries are made 7 days a week and we aim to get most deliveries out by 11am. Should the delivery be after this time, we will ensure contact is made. Once orders are placed, we cannot accept order cancellations. Please ensure that you are home or in the office on day of delivery or please specify in the notes section as to where we can leave the order should you not be physically available.

If you are located outside of this area and would like to place an order, please feel free to email us at info@mydonutbox.com as we may be able to assist. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot offer returns or refunds. However if you have experienced an issue with our products, please contact us immediately at info@mydonutbox.com as we would like the opportunity to rectify the issue.
